Terms of Service

By accessing or using Star: The Performer's App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Star is a mobile application designed for performers to manage show rundowns, service plans, setlists, lyrics, and performance-related content.

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Star a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

Star respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the App.
